• Friendly and professional demeanor as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Receive and process mail and Fed Ex
• Answer phones promptly and professionally
• Prepare closing packages
• Greet clients and visitors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized office environment
• Interest in learning more aspects of title

• Prior administrative, clerical, or receptionist experience
• Experience in a title, real estate, or professional office environment
