Join our dynamic crew as a Sales Center Coordinator and become an essential part of branch operations. In this role you’ll be the “front‑line” for customers, vendors, and internal teams—handling order entry, cash processing, documentation, and day‑to‑day office coordination while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and service. Responsibilitiesof the Sales Center Coordinator
- Answer phones and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Receive, review, and enter daily orders into the ERP system.
- Verify order details, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Process cash, check, and credit‑card transactions; prepare bank deposits.
- Post customer payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform daily data entry for received and shipped goods.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and branch events.
- Assist the Branch Manager with ad‑hoc projects and reporting.
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines; participate in quarterly audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
- Proficient in use of email and internet
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organizational and planning
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and accuracy
