The Flat Rate Technician diagnoses and performs repairs on all vehicle components in accordance with dealership and manufacturer/factory standards. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and test to determine required work and ensure quality repairs the first time.
You will communicate with Service Advisors, maintain a clean work area, document all work performed, and stay current with automotive technology and shop safety policies.
