Team OpeningWe are growing and looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our collaborative, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys problem solving, working with clients, and guiding projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead new client implementations on our payroll platform, from onboarding through successful go-live
- Coordinate project timelines and communicate milestones clearly with clients
- Configure the payroll platform and ensure accurate setup based on client requirements
- Provide client training, support and quality care
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client success
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Prior office environment and client service experience
- Experience managing projects or onboarding clients
- UKG Ready experience (preferred)
- Payroll service bureau experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
