Sales Consultant

A leading regional energy provider is seeking a driven and analytical professional to support its continued growth across New England and beyond. As one of the largest electricity suppliers in the area, the organization is known for its innovative in‑house systems, collaborative culture, and ability to perform outside traditional roles.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:

• Supporting operations within ISO New England and PJM markets.
• Building, maintaining, and improving internal software and systems that support market operations and brokerage interactions.
• Analyzing complex deal structures and providing insights to internal teams and brokerage partners.
• Acting as a self‑starter who identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Contributing to leadership functions, with potential for expanded responsibility based on experience.

The Sales Consultant should have the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in energy markets, brokerage, or a related field
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with complex data or deal structures.
• Ability to work onsite; candidates should be in Greater Boston, Rhode Island, or be able to commute to Rhode Island
• A proactive, curious approach to problem‑solving and cross‑functional work.
• Opportunities for leadership growth as the organization expands into new markets.
• Exposure to a wide range of responsibilities beyond traditional role boundaries.
