Summary
This role assists TSRs with pricing research, margin inquiries and resolving pricing discrepancies, serving as a primary contact for reporting and daily management of the Invoice Hold (IV Hold) report. The CASE Pricing Coordinator collaborates with Pricing, Supply Chain and Sales Teams to ensure TSRs needs are met including accurate costs, customer scheduled pricing and market driven list pricing optimally for business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities- Daily review and analysis of the IV Hold report to confirm accurate price, material cost and freight prior to invoice, maximizing profit and minimizing discrepancies.
- Communicate margin variances to the Sales Team and suggest optimal pricing to improve margin.
- Research historical data to inform on margin, cost, freight and price fluctuation.
- Manage and maintain 30-40 key account spreadsheets for monthly or quarterly updates to TSRs (with assistance from other team members as needed).
- Provide supplier reporting such as Floor Stock Credit Request and CUPS review data.
- Support the pricing team with all data entry related to accurate customer product file maintenance (Key accounts).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, and utilization of both ERP and CRM systems.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Previous chemical industry knowledge helpful.
- Must be able to multitask, be organized, have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Self‑motivated, honest, dependable and a high level of integrity.
- Good interpersonal skills, detail‑oriented, strong analytical and math skills.
- Good PC and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence; effectively present information as necessary in written and spoken form.
- Ability to treat others with respect and dignity, maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.
