Position Description:

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Toddler Teacher at Owl Always Daycare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our toddlers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities that stimulate children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Provide one-on-one attention to children, supporting their unique developmental needs, and fostering a sense of belonging.
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child’s growth.
Maintain a secure and clean learning environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for children.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
– Willingness to learn and grow in the field of early childcare.
– High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is not required.
