We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well‑being of children by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Your enthusiasm for working with young children will help foster their growth, curiosity, and social skills. • Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities that promote childhood development, including play, learning exercises, and social interactions.
• Support preschool through school‑aged children with their routines.
• Ensure a safe environment by monitoring children closely and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Engage children in age‑appropriate educational activities that stimulate cognitive and motor skills development.
• Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, toys, and learning materials to promote a healthy environment.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members in the facility.
• Prior experience working with children is encouraged but not necessary.
• Classroom experience managing young children’s activities and behavior management techniques.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience with children.
• Clean BCI/CANTS clearance.
• Completion of CPR/First Aid certificate within 90 days of hire.
• Yearly Flu Shot vaccine upon being hired in the field.
