Construction Worker

Pay: $25-35/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Working across Warwick and Westerly job sites

We’re looking for a Construction Worker who’s hands-on, dependable, and thrives in a variety of environments—from drainage and asphalt to concrete and general site maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Concrete and asphalt patching and repair
• Light drainage and exterior construction work
• Raking, grading, and shoveling
• Snow removal during the winter season
• General job site support and material handling
• Equipment and truck operation (training provided)
• Supporting facility maintenance and improvement projects
• Have 2+ years of experience in construction or exterior work
• Are confident using heavy equipment and hand tools
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Are safety-focused and a solid communicator
• Have a CDL or operator’s license (a plus, but not required)
