Evans Sneakers is a fast-growing sneaker and lifestyle brand focused on bringing the latest and most in-demand footwear to consumers through authentic, trend-driven marketing. We work with brands like Nike, New Balance, adidas, ASICS, Salomon, HOKA, On, and more while building a strong presence across Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

We’re looking for someone who understands internet culture, loves social media, and knows how to create content that actually gets attention. This role is ideal for someone creative, trend‑aware, confident on camera, and excited to help grow a rapidly expanding brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Create short‑form video content primarily for Tik Tok
  • Film on‑camera content including reviews, styling videos, trend‑based content, skits, voiceovers, lifestyle content, and product‑focused videos
  • Help market sneakers and footwear to a variety of audiences and niches
  • Stay on top of Tik Tok trends, sounds, edits, hooks, and viral formats
  • Brainstorm and pitch original content ideas regularly
  • Work from provided marketing strategies and campaign guidelines while also bringing your own creativity and ideas to the table
  • Participate in product shoots and appear on camera for brand content
  • Test different content styles and angles to improve engagement, views, and conversions
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on results
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience creating content for Tik Tok or other short‑form platforms
  • Comfortable being on camera and speaking naturally in videos
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and internet culture
  • Strong sense of style and ability to accurately reflect the brand aesthetic while styling sneakers and outfits
  • Ability to market products in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and trend‑aware
  • Creative mindset with strong initiative and willingness to experiment
  • Familiarity with Tik Tok editing, Cap Cut, or similar editing tools
  • Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
  • Interest in sneakers, fashion, fitness, lifestyle, or streetwear is a huge plus
Bonus Skills
  • Experience growing a personal or brand social media account
  • Photography or videography skills
  • Knowledge of sneaker trends and popular footwear brands
