Warranty Coordinator

The Warranty Coordinator will be the key liaison with customers and trades during the warranty and maintenance period.

• Customer Enquiries (letters and phone)
• Input information in the CRM software
• Respond to customer email for the warranty of the home
• Nominate and action warranty and maintenance issues raised by customer
• Make appointments for Supervisors to inspect issues raised by customer
• Raise service requests to relevant trades or suppliers
• Follow up of service request to ensure work is completed
• Contact trades or suppliers for warranty and maintenance work
• Raise purchase orders for payment of invoices in CRM
• Run reports for outstanding work by trades and suppliers
• Investigate and pursue completion of works from reports with trades and suppliers

• Proficient use of computers
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Minimum 4 years administration experience
• Minimum 4 years face to face similar customer service role
• Self-driven nature to meet month end deadlines
• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
• Australian work rights required for this position
