Position OverviewAs a Customer Support Representative at Rooftop Power, you'll be a key connection between our customers and internal teams. You'll assist homeowners with questions about their solar systems, appointments, and service needs while providing a friendly, professional experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Answer questions related to solar installations, system status, and service requests
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate issues when appropriate
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
- Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
