Support Specialist

Pay starts at$18–$20/hour
, plus overtime eligibility.

As a Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, helpful voice that keeps things running smoothly. Your day will include:

• Answering calls and emails to assist customers and team members

• Solving problems and finding answers quickly

• Keeping records organized and accurate

• Learning company tools and systems

• Working with your teammates to meet goals and deadlines

You’ll work
Monday through Friday
— full time, with shifts between:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

(No weekends, no overnight shifts — ever!)

• Have a
  high school diploma or equivalent

• Have experience helping customers (in stores, restaurants, or call centers)

• Enjoy solving problems and staying organized

• Can communicate clearly — in person, over the phone, and in writing

• Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
