Position: Customer Service Representative
Type: Temporary Contract (5 Months)
Location: Warwick, RI (Virtual after training)
Job OverviewHandle inbound calls related to defined benefit annuities (group annuity contracts), account maintenance (direct deposit/address changes), reporting participant death, and claims assistance. Role requires strong customer service skills, ability to explain complex information, and proficiency navigating Windows-based systems.
Required Experience- 1–2 years of call center experience
- 1–2 years working with Windows OS (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate calls
- No licensing required
