Eye Care for Animals Warwick, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking for a friendly, service-driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our talented team. In this role, you’ll support pet parents, help keep appointments running smoothly, and contribute to a positive experience for every client and patient. The ideal candidate is empathetic, dependable, and communicates clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and online.

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, making everyone feel valued and comfortable
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and online
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Support the veterinary team by maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment

• A genuine love for pets and the people who care for them
• Veterinary medicine experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Dependable, punctual, and consistently positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $20/hour to $25/hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
