Silk Title Co. provides title insurance, search, and settlement services across the nation to the top institutional banks and independent mortgage lenders. We also provide services for foreclosure, default, REO, and traditional real estate transactions. Title isn't sexy, but it's critical. Position:
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Process after‑hours calls and work a flexible schedule.
  • Multi‑task and process files in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to company processes.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Warwick, RI office.
  • Work within business hours 9 am – 10 pm on rotating days and evenings.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service–related work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
  • Prior experience in title review, curative, mortgage, or title industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and service orientation.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn new software and adapt to processes.
  • Availability during business hours 9 am – 10 pm.
  • Ability to live within commutable distance to Warwick, RI.
