Provide customer service to passengers during arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and related queries;
Assist passengers including those with special needs (unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair assistance);
Operate computerized ticketing and check-in systems for boarding, reservations, and baggage services;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes;
Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers
