- Location: Warwick, RI (must be within a 50-mile radius)
- Work Mode: Virtual Role with In-Person Training
- Duration: Full duration of in-office training from Nov 9 - Dec 18
- Must be available for shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday
- Enhance and strengthen relationships between the customer and company
- Perform responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while displaying superior interpersonal and service skills
- Service customers by responding to requests via telephone
- Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy and procedures
- Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Intermediate computer literacy/proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers and clearing cookies and cache
- Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems
- Professional and engaging phone voice with a true desire to help people
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently from home
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvements
