General Dentist

3 days per week - days per week flexible

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice in Warwick, Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base as the practice expands to add a second provider. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative environment with strong hygiene support and access to modern technology.

This role is ideal for a provider with approximately 2+ years of experience who is confident working independently while continuing to grow clinically.

Practice Overview
  • 4 operatories shared between providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry care.
  • Diagnose and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members.
  • Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Rhode Island dental license (or ability to obtain).
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Collaborative and patient-focused mindset.
