Offering a Sign-On Bonus for a Skilled Specialty Dental Assistant to Join Our Team!

We are seeking a
full-time or part-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our specialists. In this role, you’ll work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed.

This position requires a minimum schedule of three days a week.

Full Time Assistant Pay starts at $26/hour*
* Part Time Assistant Pay starts at $23/hour*
* ** Compensation floors are based on candidate having at least 12 months of Dental Assisting experience, OR, being a Certified Dental Assistant

About you:

You are an experienced, highly skilled Dental Assistant with a strong background in oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics, seeking an opportunity for continued growth and advancement. You efficiently prepare operatories for a wide range of procedures and provide seamless support to dentists, specialists, surgeons, and the rest of the clinical team. Driven by a passion for patient care, you take pride in helping individuals achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

Your Strengths:
  • Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures
  • Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
  • Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools
  • Sterilize dental instruments and tools
  • Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment
Your

Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Oral Surgery Dental Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs
  • Radiology certified
