Qualitas Dental Partners is seeking a professional, friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing practices. Responsibilities:- Collect and document medical and dental histories from patients.
- Evaluate overall oral health, examining for any signs & symptoms of disease.
- Chart dental conditions based on dentist’s observations and evaluations.
- Follow through with oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist. Procedures may include Prophylaxis, Periodontal Scaling, Root Planning, Debridement, Application of Fluoride Treatment, etc.
- Sterilize dental instruments and tools.
- Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care.
- Take necessary radiographs as needed.
- Provide chair‑side assistance during dental procedures.
- Document lab procedures and ensures follow up on results.
- Assists with or institutes emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
- Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for both adults and children.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and front office team members to provide exceptional patient care.
