The tutor will serve as a team member (three-person team) to deliver seven-week CCRI Advantage math foundational curriculum, providing one-on-one and small group tutoring in-person to students struggling with course subject matter. They will provide in-classroom support to students as an embedded tutor, and facilitate advisory time for additional student learning. Tutors will be an integral member of the team to assess student achievement.
Tutors may be required to commute to two (2) separate campuses (one per each 7-week session in the semester).

* Anticipate student needs by identifying learning gaps and offering help-even when students may not directly ask for it.
* Support the development of organizational, time management, and study strategies specific to success in developmental math courses.
* Self-motivated and take initiative in offering assistance, identifying learning gaps, and engaging students even when they do not explicitly request help.
* Refer students to appropriate college support services and departments as needed to promote holistic academic success.
