The Learning Garden (TLG) is seeking teachers to join a positive, energetic, and loving team!
Lead Teacher- Responsible for curriculum development and implementation.
- Conduct student assessments.
- Communicate with families.
- Influence classroom setup/design.
- Ensure safety and security of students.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Lead Teachers will be supported by a Teacher Assistant, Program Director, a mobile app that enhances communication with families, and TLG always has extra teachers on staff that fall outside of DHS ratios.
Minimum Requirements- Associate's degree in Education or a related field.
- CDA certification.
- Or 3+ years of experience.
- Support the Lead Teacher by enhancing the planned curriculum.
- Engage with students and families.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
