As an Educator, you will work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM and from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour based on education and experience.

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Deliver a dynamic daily curriculum that engages children in academic and social character‑building, expanding school‑day learning in a meaningful way.
• Use coursework training and in‑person training to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, maintaining the safety, well‑being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fitness activities, and guiding children at play.
• Maintain excellent communication skills with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 3 years of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.
• High school diploma or a GED certificate.
