Position: Civil Engineer Mid‑Level – Land Development

Location: Warwick Office - Warwick, RI 02888

• 4+ years experience in land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• BS Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• EIT certification preferred; PE is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Grade sites and design post‑construction stormwater management systems.
• Use Civil 3D to prepare alignments, surfaces, cut profiles, and generate contours.
• Assist Senior Engineer in procuring municipal Land Development and NPDES approvals, researching regulations, and attending agency meetings.
• Coordinate with project team across multiple offices on design, permitting, and construction components.
• Prepare technical reports and plans to acquire permits and permit modifications during construction.
• Research permit requirements and local regulations.
• Provide support and assist senior team members.
