WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience in the hire or construction industry or a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in machinery and equipment (training will be provided).
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Forklift licence and MR licence will be highly regarded.
Working Hours – Casual Hours

Must be available to work on Friday, Saturday and Monday shifts.

About the role
  • Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and support smooth operation of the branch showroom, yard, and storage areas.
  • Complete inspections, clean, maintain hire equipment to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with operation and workshop team members to ensure timely preparation and availability of equipment.
  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Pickup and deliver equipment from customer sites and between branches.
  • Safely load and unload equipment.
  • Process hire contracts, including paperwork and payment transactions.
  • Provide detailed information on equipment usage, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist with general tasks as needed.
