Topgolf Rhode Island is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about the venue, gameplay and promotions. Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential.
You’ll help with golf clubs and equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization, stock the retail area, respond promptly to guest inquiries, give game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines. This is an on-site, hourly role with benefits.
