Silk Title Co. provides title insurance, search and settlement services across the nation to top institutional banks and independent mortgage lenders. We also serve foreclosure, REO, and traditional real estate transactions. Our focus is on improving processes to deliver a great experience at every closing.

We are currently looking for a top talent to join our funding team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, as the specialist will manage the timely payment of mortgages, taxes, insurance, recording fees, and other disbursements associated with real‑estate transactions.

• Manage receipt of escrow funds for all transactions.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds in accordance with lender requirements and local/national escrow regulations.
• Process timely payment of mortgages, taxes, insurance, recording fees, and all other disbursements.
• Conduct quality control assurance for disbursements to verify accuracy prior to funding.
• Handle multiple reporting functions.
• Manage the Funding inbox, ensuring communication with clients via telephone or email is timely.
• Resolve problems, issues, or questions—both verbally and in writing—to facilitate swift resolution.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of client service–related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
• Experience in title review, curative, or mortgage/title industry is a plus.
• Accounting experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to resolve client concerns.
• Proficient computer skills and aptitude for learning new software.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Must be able to live within a commutable distance to the Warwick, RI office.
