Fund Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to perform financial operations and reporting within the real estate invesement industry. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring compliance while supporting strategic business objectives in Warwick, RI. Client Details Our client is a well-established organization within the real estate investment industry. Description Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Manage fund accounting operations, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate budget forecasting and expense tracking. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of fund performance metrics. Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Profile A successful Fund Accountant should have: A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Real estate exposure Proficiency in fund accounting principles and financial reporting. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with various stakeholders. Solid understanding of accounting software and tools. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
