• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling hair care products, retail math skills, and promoting salon packages to maximize client value.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques.
• Skilled in various hair services including color theory and advanced styling techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse clients.
• Ability to maintain high sanitation standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and store management is a plus.
