Where you’ll contributeA dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist. This role involves applying therapeutic modalities, monitoring patient responses, and providing updates on progress or adjustments to treatment goals. The PTA documents all services rendered and educates patients and their families or caregivers about physical deficits and recovery strategies. Additional duties include supporting discharge planning, advising on adaptive equipment, and connecting patients to community support resources.
Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision are essential.

Applicants should have:
Associate’s degree;
Graduate of a Program in Discipline RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
