The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) plays a key role in helping patients improve their quality of life by delivering therapy to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Working with adult and geriatric populations, the SLP evaluates, treats, and monitors patients’ progress, communicating effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities include documenting care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards, educating families or nursing staff on follow‑through programs, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
The SLP adheres to professional standards, the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, and applicable state and federal laws. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills for success in this role.

- Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
- Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
- Minimum of six (6) months speech therapist / speech language pathologist experience working with an adult and geriatric population.
- CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS).

Hourly range: $38.00 - $48.00
