• An active License
• Short- and Long-Term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper body mechanics, and safety precautions.
• Good interdisciplinary communication

• Performs nursing care procedures following the assigned resident comprehensive plan of care.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with Patient Care.
• Provide patient-centered care to residents
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations with others, including employees, residents, and visitors.
• Adheres to facility and departmental policies and work rules/regulations.
• Be respectful and compassionate to residents, families and other care givers.
