What You’ll Do:
- Oversee ABA services in homes and center‑based settings
- Train, coach, and support ABA staff
- Develop and supervise treatment plans and behavior interventions
- Work closely with families for meaningful outcomes
- Keep it ethical, evidence‑based, and person‑centered
- BCBA certification + RI LBA license
- 2+ years of experience with children with autism
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
