Data Analyst
Location: Warwick, RI
Experience: 1+ years healthcare data analytics experience
Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, public health, health informatics, or a related field is required. A master's degree in any of these disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement appropriate statistical programs to analyze data; does so for multiple projects and on multiple project teams.
- Applies methodological knowledge and skill to ensure appropriate data analysis and reporting in all areas.
- Maintain data for multiple project teams; trends, charts and graphs quality measure data.
- Develop data collection tools or surveys using REDCap or Survey Monkey.
- Develop and implement evaluation and analysis plans.
- Serve as contributing author to reports, proposals, presentations and publications.
- Summarize and present statistical and/or research findings, analytic methodologies and stakeholder reports to internal and external audiences.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, public health, health informatics, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in any of these disciplines is preferred.
- 1+ years' healthcare data analytics experience.
- Microsoft Excel experience is required.
- Experience in Python, PySpark or SQL is required.
- Microsoft Power BI experience is preferred.
- Experience in analyzing health insurance claims is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 based upon the candidate's relevant experience. Most qualified candidates will fall within the mid-point of this range.
