Bilingual Behavioral Direct Support Evenings HBTS - Johnston

Youth Behavioral Program / Part-Time / Evening Hours / 10-20 hours/week

Johnston

Available Schedules:
Tuesdays from 3 to 7 p.m. & Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Visiting a client’s home three to five days a weekday evenings for a 3-4 hour shift.
  • Some cases may require a 3-4 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon
• Helping a young person to follow a specialized behavioral support plan developed by their clinical team
• Coaching family members and caretakers to reinforce clinical strategies consistently
• Documenting behavioral data, shift notes, and client observations
• Collaborating with client’s clinical support team

• Someone at least 19 years old
• With a calm, consistent, and patient personality
• Who has supervised experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities OR sufficient course experience in a relevant bachelor’s program
• With a valid driver’s license, and legal personal vehicle

Candidate must provide a clean background check and permit the agency to run a DCYF clearance check with the state.
