Hope Health is seeking a Hospice Field RN for its affiliate Hope Health Hospice & Palliative Care. The Hospice Response Team RN will respond to urgent patient needs, perform assessments, and implement care plans in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
This full-time night position runs 11pm–7:30am and requires working every other weekend. Benefits are provided, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires who meet eligibility.
