This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for adhering to professional and ethical requirements of your respective profession while demonstrating sound clinical judgement and principles of good practice.

Requirements- Current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license
- Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with special needs
- Meets transportation requirements (no history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker)
- Will allow agency to run a DCYF CANTS clearance check
- Execute case openings (in conjunction with the case Treatment Coordinator) according to EOHHS program standards and guidelines
- Complete treatment and behavior plans (initial, progress, and renewal plans) for all assigned clients in a timely manner. Ensure that goals and methodologies used are evidence based
- Participate in face-to-face clinical consultations with family, client, and Direct Support Professional to review treatment goal progress, make clinical recommendations, and ensure proper implementation of treatment methodologies
- Provide clinical training, mentoring, and supervision for DSPs responsible for implementing the methodologies outlined in the client’s treatment plan in the child’s home
- Analyze treatment data and assess efficacy of treatment
- Communicate with all collateral agencies and providers, and keep all treatment and case records current
- Ensure that agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly
- Implement best practice measures in relation to all clinical and counseling responsibilities
This position is full-time, has an excellent benefits package, a competitive salary, and a wonderful work environment. Salary starts at $65,000 up to $81,000. Pay will be based on experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
