Under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director of Performance Nutrition, provide comprehensive nutrition services for NCAA student-athletes within the men's and women's basketball teams. Elevate basketball athlete nutrition in support of optimum performance, educating and motivating student athletes and staff within the programs. Abide by NCAA, Big East, and departmental regulations, in addition to the code of "ethics for nutrition and dietetic professionals".
