Qualifications Include:

* An active License

* Short- and Long-Term care experience preferred

* Knowledge of proper body mechanics, and safety precautions.

* Good interdisciplinary communication

Responsibilities include:

* Performs nursing care procedures following the assigned resident comprehensive plan of care.

* Accurate documentation in accordance with Patient Care.

* Provide patient-centered care to residents

* Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations with others, including employees, residents, and visitors.

* Adheres to facility and departmental policies and work rules/regulations.

* Be respectful and compassionate to residents, families and other care givers.
