Brown University Health is seeking a courteous receptionist to effectively schedule patients into the practice management program while following provider scheduling guidelines in Warwick, RI.
You will handle high volumes of calls, register patients with demographic and insurance data, maintain EMR records, and serve as the central link between patients, medical staff and the public.
A high school diploma or GED is required; bilingual is preferred. Work hours are M-F, 8am-4:30pm.
