Marquis Health - 931 Jefferson Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and mobility assistance;
Assist patients with positioning, transfers, ambulation, and other comfort measures as directed by the Registered Nurse;
Observe and report changes in the patient's physical, emotional, or environmental condition to the supervising nurse;
Accurately document care provided and patient observations in accordance with hospice policies and regulatory requirements;
Promote patient comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while following the individualized plan of care
