Continuum Hospice seeks a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes around Woonsocket and Pascoag. You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, and document activities in collaboration with the nursing team.
We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO & holidays, and a 401(k) with match. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm with weekend rotation.
