What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• A current Rhode Island license as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required before hire),
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field,
• one year of experience working with children with special needs
• Ability to maintain a personal schedule and a consistent punctual demeanor,
• Reliable transportation and the ability to complete required background and clearance checks.

Spanish-speaking clinicians are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Complete case openings in collaboration with Treatment Coordinators.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide clinical consultation to clients, families, and Direct Support Professionals.
• Train and mentor DSPs implementing treatment plans.
• Review treatment data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Coordinate with collateral providers and maintain timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and EOHHS standards.
