What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bar Back
  • Positive attitude.

  • Ability to thrive in a popular environment.
  • Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support bartenders, ensuring they have everything needed to keep energy high and drinks flowing.
  • Keep bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; maintain cleanliness and organization; collect empty glasses to keep service running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with bartenders and other play makers to ensure service runs like clockwork.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant.

Physical Requirements
  • Lifts and moves items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, carrying.
  • Stands on feet most of the shift; able to walk throughout shift.
  • Engages in a variety of physical tasks; can sustain high‑volume pace.
  • Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
Compensation

Pay Range:
Min $11.50 – Max $11.50 (Tip Eligible)
