Supervise banquet staff during set-up, service, and breakdown of events;
Coordinate with event planner and kitchen to ensure requirements are met;
Attend weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings and communicate instructions to staff;
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet areas and service stations;
Prepare daily summaries and ensure accurate banquet checks and guest counts
