Bilingual Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator
Spanish / English Merry Maids of Warwick, RI Full-Time
Pay: $20 – $22/hour, based on experience |
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Source, screen, and interview candidates for cleaning technician and field team positions
Manage recruiting activity across job boards and social media to keep a steady pipeline of applicants
Evaluate applications and make hiring recommendations, working closely with operations leadership
Build relationships with local community groups and other sources of great candidates
Participate in orientation and onboarding for every new cleaning team member
Check in with new hires daily during their first week and weekly through their first 30 days
Coach and support new teammates with morning assignments as they get up to speed
Help every new hire feel welcomed, trained, and set up to succeed from day one
Complete new-hire and customer paperwork and data entry accurately and on time
Support customers and employees by phone with a helpful, professional tone
Handle day-to-day operational tasks for employees and customers as they come up
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfort with computers and data entry; proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic math skills (addition, division, multiplication, percentages)

Housekeeping or guest-services supervision at a hotel, resort, or senior-living community
Shift or assistant management in restaurants, retail, or other high-turnover hourly environments
Recruiting for a staffing agency — especially light-industrial, hospitality, or healthcare staffing
Scheduling or staffing coordination for home care, senior care, or healthcare services
Team leadership in property management, janitorial, or facilities services
Valid driver's license (for occasional local errands/site visits)
Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screening (post-offer)
