Hybrid - Providence, RI (3 days on, 2 remote)

• Lead Salesforce Project Lifecycle:
  Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Act as primary contact between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Cross-functional Team Coordination:
  Coordinate and motivate project teams (developers, administrators, business analysts) using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks/issues, escalating to senior management as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting:
  Track project progress, timelines, and budgets; provide regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Quality Assurance & Training:
  Oversee QA and UAT processes and facilitate end-user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Project Documentation:
  Create and maintain all relevant project documentation, including plans, technical designs, and user guides.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Utilize strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), project management tools (Jira, MS Project), and SDLC concepts.
• Leadership & Communication:
  Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  PMP, CSM, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are highly regarded.
