Best Buy in Warwick, RI seeks a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to diagnose, repair and support customers’ devices in-store. You’ll listen to needs, troubleshoot issues and follow our procedures to deliver great service.
You’ll perform repairs, document requests, collaborate with team members and maintain up-to-date knowledge through training. A 6-month hands-on diagnostic/repair experience and comfort with a flexible schedule are required.
