Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a licensed full-time experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). Self-motivated, knowledgeable, driven and dedicated with strong Personal Lines experience are key qualities that will set a candidate apart.

• Assist with serving personal lines policies, including but not limited to, auto and homeowners’ insurance.
• Support policy renewals, endorsement and basic policy changes.
• Respond to client inquiries and direct requests appropriately.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records in the agency management system (AMS
  360).
• Learn to identify coverage needs and support coverage recommendations.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients at all times.
• License:
  Property & Casualty (ANY state)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines with an independent insurance agency
• Strong working knowledge of AMS
  360 agency management system

• Some College;
  No Degree
• License:
  Property & Casualty (RI or MA)
